Take alot poor service out the window

Order has been placed on the 10th October, i was expected and informed delivery for the 16th. it has still not arrived and keep getting told its at the incorrect Hub. there is no ownership from the support team when contacting the helpdesk. its poor service from a business wanting to provide a top class door to door service. Before i forget i placed an order on Temu and received it in less than 7 bussiness days. My takealot order is still open and it seems as if its going back to china before it reaches my location
