Take alot please teach your delivery guys Manners

Today i have never felt so little in my life after a call from a guy Called Lindo Mhlongo From Takealot , He Had such a bad Attitude and didn’t even apologise to me ! Instead the driver saw how upset i was and he apologised ! Please teach your staff manners as next time i wont be so polite ! My order number was : *** and you can even ask the driver who was with him about the incident! He even dropped the call when i was still talking! He spoke to me like a stupid little child
