Take alot or is it flop alot

The one star I give them is even two too many.... I order items from them . Was told to wait 5 days to order one item .... then got email to say items out for delivery. When I ordered the generator it was priced at R3925 ( and last one in stock ) .... there was no load shedding .... then load shedding started and my order cancelled and now I must wait 5 days more for my money back meaning they got my money for 21days .... the genarator is now back in stock and priced at R7999..... is this not *****
