Take alot of nonsense

Take a lot is supposed to be an easy shopping experience but to my surprise they are completely useless! I ordered and paid for a Microwave on the 7th and today it's the 14th of February and the Microwave is still not here. They ignore emails and they are giving me a run around on when the item will be delivered.
