Take alot of excuses and **** products and poor service via email

I have purchased a Lataffa perfume on special. It is tye second time now I bought and I was sent a knock off which smells like air freshener. I sprayed it once pa ked it away and dropped it off the next day at pick up point. I then receive an email today saying it can't be changed or refunded because I used it. How can anyone keep a **** perfume and even worse be accused of using it when it was returned the next day. You can't return something without checking it first. Incredibly pathetic response from takealot and I am a frequent buyer and to be treated like this is .... you can fill the blanks.
