Take-alot-of-dissapointment

I ordered a product from takealot and they delivered the incorrect product, I sent it back and they then sent back the same incorrect product. After logging a return and emailing them, they told me that they were going to credit my account and if I still wanted to product, I could get it with the credits. They have since credited my account and the product that I wanted to order is now no longer on sale and more expensive than when I originally ordered it. Their communication was terrible and the customer service is awful. This was supposed to be a gift and it's just been a nightmare.
