Take alot not providing sealed items

Not very impressed with your services sent me a bottle that was not covered sealed etc and to top it off you collection guy tells me he can't take the item without its plastic so tell me then why was this package not boxed etc and covered had to give a plastic as he said he not allowed to take it like that, please return my money
