Take alot ****mers

I bought an air fryer from take a lot and it only worked 3 times. I filled their return request and being being sent from Piller to post, back and forth. They keep rescheduling my return collection. I am so unhappy about this is it's frustrating me alot. I keep calling them and they say they will send people to collect but never. I feel ****med by take a lot. Very disappointed
