IT IS WITH GREAT SADNESS I WRITE THIS REVIEW

i purchased a cellular phone on the 30th of September and two days later the item arrived IT WAS A BOTTLE OF SHAMPOO instead of a phone, can anyone tell me who would spend R4000 for shampoo???

i have logged a complaint and for two weeks i get told of a weighing system, till this day, i have not received the phone, they keep declinng my return and refuse to refund me, they refuse to take my calls!!

i AM LEFT DISAPPOINTED AND IRRIATED, NO ONE WANTS TO ASSIST ME,
