TAKE ALOT left ME WITH Corona and no vaccine TO CURE MY PROBLEM

we recently purchased a Crystal Air Purifier Model AP-001 from you the item stopped working my daughter contacted Take Alot while the item was still in warranty and was refered to the supplier by the consultant after my daughter spoke to the supplier he was amazed that take alot would refer my daughter to the supplier with the faulty product that was purchased from take alot and paid for to take alot we have not heard anything from take alot this is extremely bad service from the biggest retail store in SA we have subsequently tried to clean the product i went as far as trying to repair the product but cannot get into the unit due to the unit being concealed completely my daughter and family are big supporters of take alot over the years but this is really bad service please advice if there is a repair centre put into place by take alot and their supplier for this product kind regards.We cannot get hold of anybody at this bad organisation they take your money and dissapear like sharks terrible company no email to send a request sell you a product that then the staff refer you to the supplier for repairs while the product is under warranty
