Take alot is totally a ****

I have made an online purchase with takealot last year the 3rd December 2023,alluminium door and the door is a reject they have been promising to send the courier for a return since then they haven't collected the door and it has been a month since the purchase and they always reschedule the return and I want my money so badly the I have made all means of communication but still they are lying to me till to date ,I reply don't know what to do any more and I want my money from those ******🤬🤬😡😢
