Take Alot is *******

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and a protective cover through Takealot.

Upon delivery, I received two packages, presumably containing the phone and the cover.

However, upon inspection, I found the cover but, instead of the phone, an electric foot scrubber was present.

I promptly contacted Takealot to report this discrepancy, but, to date, I have not received adequate support. Takealot maintains that the phone was delivered.

The delivered product was incorrect, and the phone was not included.

Despite multiple email exchanges with Takealot and their warehouse and delivery teams, they insist the phone was delivered.

It appears the phone I ordered was, unfortunately, lost or ****** during the fulfillment process.

Furthermore, my account records confirm that the incorrect product returned was never ordered by me.
