TAKE ALOT HAS DONE IT AGAIN!!

Disgusted and disappointed with the services received from Take alot.

1st May 2024, I order the 5 in 1 Fast Dry Hair Dryer ( includes the extensions) with Flat Iron for R1000. I collected my parcel from the pick up branch near me. When I got home I opened the box and both hair dryer and flat iron was inside the box. Upon opening the hair dryer box, only the hair dryer was inside and nothing else, no extensions, nothing. Parcel needed to be returned and was said that they will investigate etc and get back to me. I was the contacted and told that unfortunately they do not have stock of the product any longer and they were going to credit my account. - Which I accepted. A day later, I go and look for the same product and find it now for R1199 which I purchase and eventually got it.

28th June 2024 - I placed an order for a Hair Straightener and Camera Lens Protector for my phone. It was delivered today 08/072024 - I pick it up and I already realize something doesn't feel right as it was not heavy at all. I open the box to only find the empty Box of the straightener inside the take alot box, and you can see the box was tampered with. I contacted them again and got the same story "we need to investigate blah blah " and just probably going to be credited again because that's all they can offer!

I feel this is very unprofessional of such a HUGE company the promises good service!!
