Take alot get your act together

I recently purchased an Iphone 6 plus from Takealot after a month or two of use the phone started acting up which i then returned with all the accessories to takealot after waiting 2 weeks for a response and following up i receive a mail stating my refund cannot be processed as the earphones are missing a courier will be dispatched to collect the missing item, to avoid the phone being sent back and forth and being damaged further in the process i handed over a pair of headsets from my wife's iphone box the courier MR D arrives at my office and indicates he is here to collect the phone which is already in takealots possession. i am truly disappointed at the service i have received and i will not recommend or use takelot in the near future. i see alot of takealot users are experiencing the same problem accessories being ****** when items are sent back
