Take alot driver stole my entire order !

I'm extremely upset! A Take- A lot driver stole my order, and it's marked as delivered. The order never reached my destination. The audacity of this *****ster posing as a customer is astounding! The driver only called me once, and now when I try to call him back to resolve the issue, my number is blocked. Is this the kind of service I should expect as a loyal customer?"
