Take alot do not check orders.

I ordered gas plates with a cylinder and received the cylinder with no fittings. Do takealot check the order before they ship it to the customer. I want them to replace the product, but received an email if they can't replace they will refund, I do not want a refund, because that specific product cost more now. So as a customer, takealot expect the me to pay for their mistakes. I want the product replace at the same price and delivered free to my address.
