take alot dissapointment

I ordered a device on the 7th of February delivery was said to be 3 to 5 working days we on day five and no device...

on the site it said the order will be delivered on the 13th however I am still waiting for the delivery i have a feeling if i used COD i would have received the device now that I paid already I still dont have the device I paid R15k for the device and this is really unacceptable
