Take alot dishonesty

I bought a laptop that just stopped working after two days I returned to take alot and covered and put reference as they have requested on collection the driver told me to unpack he will pack and right reference now they blame me as the customer for scratches , they didn't bother to hear me sent it back without notification with sydwell the rudest person I have ever come across I would swear he was my husband the way he shouted at me so take alot refund me money take your **** and your **** service and shuv it.
