Take alot courier service not satisfactory

On the 28th of September 2020 I ordered a verimark-genesis-garment steamer compact and my order number was :takealot.com Request Received: [Order] How do I cancel an order? (***1) - Ticket ***. The date of the deliver was supposed to be the 30th of September but all I got was a message from take a lot saying that they couldn't find me to deliver the product I ordered. My problem is that I always use take a lot and I always complain about the courier service because they only call when they reach the gate and sometimes they don't even pitch because when I get a miss call I immidiatly call back that number but no one's pick up. I ended up canceling the order on the order. My money was reversed to my account on the 16th of October 2020. I am not happy with the courier service for take a lot
