Take alot bull ****

Ordered stuff on take alot and after 3 days recieved the completely wrong items... when I called I was told 2 wait for collection I.e 3-4 days and then another 3-4 days until the correct order is delivered. This is completely bull to have 2 wait 4 so long 4 items already paid 4... just coz some idiot can't do their work correctly!!!!
