Take Alot Bad service

<p>I bought ebooks from Kalahari.com and then later ebooks form Take Alot, i have never had any problems with downloading my ebooks, until last year. I am unable to read or download most of the books.</p> <p>At first i was helped by a very friendly consultsant, I was refunded for some of the ebooks. Until this year when i was unable to download the rest. The new consultant said that the Tokens have been deprleted and i will not be able to download or read the books. What utter nonsense i want a refund/voucher as i have paid for these books and are unable to enjoy read them. Email from Takealot: </p> <p>Please note that the below error indicates that there are no longer tokens left for download. Usually the publishers set tokens in place which are used every time you download this is a copyright precaution set in place to prevent the misuse of their material. I also received an email address to which i complained and to date nothing no repsonse!</p> <p> </p> <p>I need this sorted out</p>
