Take alot are ****s and unwilling to help their clients

Very dissapionted in take alot! I ordered a vacume cleaner from them on Friday evening. About a hour after placing order and paying... i went to confirmation email and saw its a small car vacume...

I immediatly tried to cancle my order, SO THAT I CAN LOOK FOR A OTHER ONE THAT I CAN USE IN MY HOUSE ALSO ON TAKE ALOT!

But they decided to be funny and email me they are unable to help me... as my order is ready to be packed and shipped! A HOUR AFTER ORDERING???? But yet deliveries will take 5 days?

I now have to wait for it to be delivered... get a refund paper and post it back to the for a review???

I am a loyal customer that buys all my nail products with friends EVERY month from take alot!

I made a mistake and wanted to correct it and still buy the right product from you and this is how you lie and treat me?

I do believe 100% that on the time frame from ordering to trying to cancle you could have helped me if you WANTED to!

You blocked me from posting on your facebook page because you know you are wrong! I will NEVER support you after this!
