Take alot and give nothing in return

After trying to purchase items on the 31 of march from [URL Removed] using the ipad app the payment was unsuccessful during the 3d secure stage and i was prompted with the message og \ Payment unsuccessful. After that i contacted [URL Removed] help center because the items where not ordered and the payment not receive yet the money was still in the pending section of my banking. The service adviser advised me to contact my bank to see if the issue was on their side,i requested that the order be cancelled and funds returned. The bank gave me a code that i gave thru to \"Keagan Gaffley\" who then noted that he would transfer the information to the billing department. Ashley Nagel responded on 3apr \"Good day As per paythru credit card payment declined, you will need to confirm with bank. Please see below from paythru<br> 2016### Declined 3D Secure Auth ###6###. After that i again called Absa and the stated that the payment has to be released from the merchant for the funds to be returned. So i ask you where is my money as the order did not go thru and still the funds are unavailable and getting short unhelpful reply's without the intent to assist. I will not use [URL Removed] apps ever again!"
