I was not home at the time of my delivery and I had a neighbor who was collecting my order and they didn't hear the driver he tried calling twice and I was in a meeting but when I phoned him back he said he had already canceled the delivery and I needed to reschedule I accepted and put the phone down, to be fair I was disappointed and needed that parcel but knew I missed my delivery and had to accept it . BUT Tshediso called me back 5 min later and said he phoned his office and organized the reschedule for me in 10 min.
