Take alot

I have a bad experience with take alot i returned a phone which is still under warranty for them to fix or replace, unfortunately i forget to include a USB cable for them to come and collect, they agreed to come on the 30 december 2019 with a confirmation text but never showed up, yesterday 6 Jan 2020 was another arrangement they never came, i have sent more that 15 mails and made several calls to them but to no avail, my phone process for fixing is stand still because of a USB they never want to send a courier to collect from me, i'm so frustrated with there service and i need hello peter to intervene.
