Take Alot

I have ordered a aniti-theft back pack more than a week ago. I have received the package on Tuesday but it was not a back pack, I received a handbag. I logged the return on Tuesday morning and I phoned them as well no one can give me a straight answer. No one can tell me where my package really is or when I will receive it, I have told them I need the item before Friday but everytime I phone Take Alot I hear a different story and have to repeat my situation all over again!
