Take allot. Com wont refund on item?

<p>A while ago for my baby shower my sister in law bought us a pram with car seat and another fitting meant to be put into tue car that the seat then attatches itself to. The contraption that is meant to safely fit the car seat in is incompatible with the model. R750 down the drain because jobidy will exchange it and everyone is passing the buck at takeallot.com. Someone there suggested these items fitted and belonged together and now we are stuck with an unsafe car seat and something we dont need or plan to use. Really dissapointed. Who does one talk to that can simply and effeciantly solve the problem? </p>
