Take all your money and dont deliver the goods

I placed and paid this order on the 12th of April, with a delivery date that was promised anytime from the 13th of April BUT I selected a delivery date of the 19th of April.

Today is the 19th and the item still appears to not have been shipped, with no update, no communication or alternative update.

This is totally unacceptable, and not acceptable.

I need an update and I need my ordered items ASAP
