Take a Sepush!!! (Take a lot)

I have ordered an MP3 Front Loader and I got a 2 x watch bands. I have return the order and asked that the correct product be provided. Not take a lot delivering the exact watch bands again!!!!. The degree of gross negligence is just unacceptable.
