Take a Not.com Verses take a lot.com

Personally I don't think they even deserve 1 star. I places an order for the first time in my name by ordering 2 smart-kids Achieve English home language grade 6 books (these have a red cover) . I ordered them on the 7th November 2018 and on the 9th November they deliver my parcel, low and behold when I opened my parcel they were a blue smart-kids book not the ones I ordered. I have had numerous emails since on well escalate it further by numerous people. On the 12th November I get given an email saying that these books were never delivered by their supplier and we're never available contrary to what their website stated when I placed my order and that they would only refund me my money only once the returns have been checked and have gone through their channels.

I'm now sitting on the 14th November which makes it a week and as usual there has been no comeback from their side.

I thought by ordering from them I would be 1. Saving me a little money, 2. Being prepared for next year and I would not need to run around for them. Now I am frustrated, angry and very disappointed on how my first order has been such a flop.

I have even stopped my husband from buying from them due to this ********** service. Since when does it take so long to rectify such a mistake on their side (a week) and I am still waiting so I know the wait for my refund will be even longer. I am so so sad that all my troubles have *****ed take a not. Com.
