Take A Lot...Take A little disappointment

I have to say that I am super disappointed with the way that my order and return was conducted. First I had to wait such a long time to receive the item, then the incorrect item was delivered...Now the product that I wanted is +R500 more expensive.

The item was collected on Wednesday and it's still not updated on the website, nor has the credit been passed so that I can order the item in a different colour *And still not the one I wanted :(

Eish...I love TakeALot...but this has not been a pleasant experience at all. I will need to replace the order and wait another week for the item to arrive.
