Take A Lot's Bad service

I bought a drone from them and they delivered a used one then they tried to trick me into thinking that it was new. So I asked them to give me my money back and they told me about giving credit on their site , so I now had to ask my bank to help me get my money back and the amount is just over R15 000.00
