Take a Lot YOU SUCK!!!!!@!!!!!!

If I could I would give them less than 5 Stars- Samatha, this one is for you_ I going to make you famous!!!!!!! I received the wrong colour hair product_ not what I ordered!!! Wrong hair colour, I scheduled a return but then takealot did not try to fix the fact that they delivered the wrong product NO, I got drilled to say I did not follow return policy _ still trying to find out why?????? and have proof of message received from them if I deliver the product back to the depot before the 31st of July NO Problem. WHich I then did _ SAMATHA then send me a mail to say they will deliver the wrongly dispacthed item from TAKEALOT to begin with back to me_ I then logged another return but same thing _ POINT blank refuses to deal with their mistake!!!!! What ****holes !!!!!! Takealot you have a probem when your 1 star rating is higher than you 5 start ratings_ You SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
