TAKE A LOT, Yes we agree, the name is accurate

Shocking Service, more than 10 days late after promised delivery. We have been sworn at and asked "who the hell do we think we are" after having missed a call from them.

We have waited and waited and promised a delivery to no avail. They are utterly rude and although they may be a simple way of shopping, we have found exact same products, much cheaper at Makro and gotten it by hopping into our car and driving down the road.

For us, the experience is yet another company where its all about getting my money with the least amount of effort on your side... no surprise there, look at the number of complaints lodged against your company.

Your name is spoton, you do take a lot of time to help your customers or even deliver the products you have been paid for.
