Take-a-lot Worst insulting service ever - beyond poor service

The worst service i have ever received order ***. I have proof of driver opening the wet box and cleaning up the opened items which spilled over. I logged a return now some *********** department is accusing me of opening the box myself and making it wet. After so many years as a customer not even 1 return when take a lot has to do right for their mess i am treated like ****. I sent many emails without any help, i sent proof of pictures daily no help. Who can escalate this matter for resolution?
