Take A Lot website and refund and delivery issues

I ordered from them and gave delivery address as my home address.This was totally ignored by their drivers and they took is about 3 km away from my home to a woman who claims she keeps parcels, but I had to pay a release fee, and still walk 3 km back to my home.

Then they informed me my one parcel was lost and they credited my account. I don't want it credited - I want it back in my bank account as I no longer will use Take.a.Lot due to this delivery issue.

Their email is non existent and their Contact Us is useless as their AI can't help the issue.
