TAKE A LOT useless!

There was a problem with the MYGIGA box I purchased on Takealot, and request a return. They collected the part, and then emailed me stating I will get a new one. I received my parcel, and it was my old item, repaired but with most of the stuff missing! I phoned them and they arranged for a return again. I then said I don't want a return, I just want my money back, as they clearly states on their website that after 21 days you get your money back. It is now almost 3 months, and I am still waiting for my money! They 'take a lot' of your money, but when you have a problem they' take very long'. Very unhappy with the way they handle this
