Take a lot theives

So I place an order for over R500, waited. I received email and sms notification on the process of the order but when something was removed from the order they didn't bother letting me know fast forward order arrives pay the full value and let the driver go. Open my parcel to find out I am missing an Item. I immediately called take alot and explain the situation where I am told I'll get feed back. A week goes by and nothing so I call again and the same is happens. Yesterday was 5 weeks since the first call. I've spoken to 5 different consultants and no one is getting back to me even requested to speak to a manager where the phone was put down on me. I paid for something and therefore I should have it.
