Take A Lot - the new Ta Ta ma Chance

I ordered a Blaupunkt Electric Hotplate for my elderly father who needs it to cook on. The box arrived at the pick up point and looked concerning as it was in bad shape. However it was late so I picked up the box and took home only to find that the unit itself was dented and the paintwork damaged. I logged a return and returned it early the next morning. The second unit arrived and it was the same story. This time the box was taped together. Not to be fooled for a second time I opened the box in the pick up point and again the unit was dented and paint work damaged. I am wondering if Take a lot tried to take a chance and resend the same ******* to me again. I have now logged another return as I am now tired of driving up and down and actually find this extremely inconvenient. Take a lot seem to forget that without customers they wont have a business or maybe it is about time that some strong competition opens up. Oh and by the way - staff members told me that they wont even buy from their own company- what does that tell you???????????????????? But we will keep on doing this until Take a Lot get it right so now I wait for the third unit to be sent.
