Take-a-lot : TAKING THEIR TIME TO ASSIST

I have always been a very satisfied Take-a-lot customer and would rate their services as excellent... until my account was blocked over the long weekend due to suspicious activity. At first I was impressed with the security measures taken by the company to ensure the safety on my account, but unfortunately I have now been struggling to have my account unblocked for days... no reply to email enquiries and calling the helpline is a disaster... holding on for 10 -20 minutes at a time with no response... I truly am extremely frustrated at this stage! Not to mention having my daughter distraughted because of the fact that we should have a huge credit in the account due to a return which we cannot use to buy the smar****ch she needs for an event she is attending this weekend. NOT GOOD SERVICE TAKE A LOT - I would really consider buying from Amazon as soon as they have finished their SA Build.
