Take A Lot taking me for a ride

I returned goods which I was not happy about. It was assessed that the goods where eligible for return. After I dropped off at one of their depo in Boyseens, I was told Take a lot will communicate with me after 6 business days. I had to do a follow up after a month or so. By calling their call center and I was told my return was canceled without my concern. It was re booked. Now my goods are not eligible for return. What has changed that's my question. All I want from takealot is my full refund. My ref number was RRN-892c-dd56
