Take a lot takes their time

My wife bought Bluetooth headphones about a week ago for our sons birthday that was damaged,she returned them and placed a new order that was delivered to kroonstad but our address is in boshof, freestate.Afrer placing a new order again it was sent to kroonstad again today and our sons birthday was on Tuesday so when will this headphones arrive? We've ordered from take alot many times before.
