Take a lot takes a lot from us

I’ve ordered quite a number of products on their online App. I recently used their site to purchase my son a Tablet and Cover to go with it. This was paid for on the 6th of Oct. It’s the 22nd today and all I’ve been told is that it’s being escalated to the relevant department, since the whole of last week. This is such a disappointment. I am just so sad for my son, because I really need it for him and it could be so useful for him during this time but, you are taken from pillar to post with their emails. I’ve opted to cancel my order, but it’s ALSO being taken up to the relevant department. To say i’m frustrated is an understatement. I’m beyond at this point with how they do their business.
