Take a Lot takes a lot but provides little.

I ordered items from take a lot when they delivered one item was not delivered. I contacted them immediately to report the missing item they escalated it to the warehouse and I got a reply back that they will revert back to me. I did not hear anything from them and repeated the same process on more than one occasion with the same result. I phoned to speak to a manager, but got put on hold as there was not 1 avilable. I still have not received my item And still have had no positive feedback from them. Pathetic customer service and customer relations.
