Take a lot take a hell of a long time for returns!

Very unhappy guys, i have been waiting since the 20th September to return an item. IM STILL WAITING. You have rescheduled 3 or 4 times and i even called on Friday the 29th in to CONFIRM the collection and said yes to no avail... Now you have just canceled my return without any information provided!!! i need this item returned and i want my account to be refunded as soon as possible. Please. REF: RRN-6025-1d51
