Take a lot *****ing from customers

Ordered quite a few items on Take a lot. Only 4 arived but was marked as delivered I contacted.them and it seemed to have been resolved. I recieved a mail saying 2 of the items are on the way but they used my credit to pay for it. How the hell does this jappen I feel ******. This is ********. I have given then till tom as it has been weeks.
