Take a lot standards have dropped

Had no issues with them last year but after this last experience this will unfortunately be my last time buying from them. I heard their standards had dropped but I was prepared to give them a chance. Incorrect item sent. So I sent it back. Got a refund. Tried another item from a different supplier. Incorrect item sent again. They promise a refund in 3 to 5 working days. 6 working days later I'm still waiting. Customer care is very dismissive. They out right ignore questions asked. When I gave the customer care agent a bad review for that he very quickly emailed me and asked me to change it.... But still no answer to my questions. Don't buy from them it's not worth the issues that come with it.
