The only consultant From Take A Lot was Carla, who followed through with two complaints and rectified it in a timely manner. Well done Carla Berry I would give Carla 5 stars but , As for Take A Lots systems and procedures they are not working find a way to simplify the process.How do you know that the supplier has packed in the correct item. Let them attach an Image of the item packed in and have it on the system. Don’t know if it is workable just a suggestion?
