Take a lot shocking service. Furious 😠 😡 👿

The phone I bought at take a lot stopped charging. I have returned the phone to them to fix however I forgot to put all accessories in the box. Received an email that I need to send it to my nearest pick up point which I sent it to Ponoma in Kempton park. I have sent an email notifying them that I have returned the accessories. Even received a call from take a lot confirming the pick up point when I have dropped them. Few days later Ive received my phone back and it's not fixed and the reason was I didn't return the accessories. What the hell is this. I have returned the accessories and I have notifying them where I have dropped it. Take a lot do better. I need this device to be fixed or if you don't want to fix it kindly give me my money back coz it seems that is too much for you guys to do your job. Very disappointed and irritated whith the service received from take a lot. SHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST.😠😠😡😡😡😡
