Take a lot SHOCK

Absolutely shocking! I was told today that my Christmas order will now be delivered on 28th of December. This is 45 Christmas presents that will now not be received and were paid for on 3rd of December. Some excuse about address was made when it was clear the address was not an issue as items have been delivered here before. I cannot believe I trusted them with my kids gifts they have let us down in the worst wost way!!!
